Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will manage organization of our product development key client projects, including the lifecycle of full projects from initiation to completion: day-to-day accountability for execution of a project, including scheduling, planning, costing, development, implementation, and sustaining activities of development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with clients and the business team to determine business requirements
  • Identify and manage project work structure, tasks, deliverables, milestones and dependencies
  • Work with software developers to create plans, tasks, time estimates and timeline for delivery
  • Provide day to day project management of team to achieve the project goals for their assignments
  • Lead project status meetings
  • Monitor project implementation process
  • Manage and organize project documentation
  • Ensure that all project work is reviewed and meets quality & accuracy requirements
  • Analyze & manipulate data from client and provide feedback
  • Advise management on human resource requirements
  • Analyze project success vs. challenges to improve on processes to make each new project more successful than the last

Experience Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and other MS Office applications

Market Response Representative – Entry Level (MRR)

The Speed to Contact Market Response Representative (MRR) is an entry-level sales and marketing role that is responsible for inbound sales and marketing support. The Market Response Representative (MRR) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Researching leads from the Speed to Contact website, following up with them and assigning them to the proper Speed to Contact sales team
  • Monitoring real-time web chat on the Speed to Contact web site
  • Emailing and calling prospects to interest them in Ricochet
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to inquiries that come into the pipeline
  • Responding to inbound web leads and assigning them to the appropriate Speed to Contact sales team
  • Fully engaging in our CRM (Ricochet) and tracking leads through our pipeline
  • Coordinate and schedule client engagements
  • Perform all required reporting when required by management
  • Cleaning and de-duplicating data in the Speed to Contact CRM
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and Speed to Contact sales teams
  • Supporting Speed to Contact marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other campaigns

Experience Requirements
