Market Response Representative – Entry Level (MRR)

The Speed to Contact Market Response Representative (MRR) is an entry-level sales and marketing role that is responsible for inbound sales and marketing support. The Market Response Representative (MRR) will generate new business opportunities by following proven processes to prospect into business accounts.   • Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
  • Researching leads from the Speed to Contact website, following up with them and assigning them to the proper Speed to Contact sales team

  • Emailing and calling prospects to interest them in Ricochet
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to inquiries that come into the pipeline
  • Responding to inbound web leads and assigning them to the appropriate Speed to Contact sales team
  • Fully engaging in our CRM (Ricochet) and tracking leads through our pipeline
  • Coordinate and schedule client engagements
  • Perform all required reporting when required by management
