In order to get up and running on the platform there is a minimum of 5 loan officers which comes out to about $500 a month. There also is an integration fee depending on the number of Lo’s. So for less than half a retail mortgage loan commission you can have monthly service and hopefully increase you loan production and lower you cost per funded loan.
